Resolving Legal Disputes

"ADR CENTERS, LLC" is devoted to successfully resolving legal disputes by offering mediation services. Mediation services are offered in Washington and Arizona for complex civil actions including tort, business, employment, property and other commercial matters.

Our services are designed to end disputes on mutually agreeable terms. We seek a result dictated by the participants not by a third party. Litigation fosters risks that may or may not be anticipated. Mediation eliminates the "risks inherent in litigation" by providing the participants with the opportunity to dictate the terms and conditions ending the dispute.

A neutral mediator, whose only objective is to resolve a legal dispute, plays a critical role in assisting the parties to reach a private, peaceful, and mutually satisfactory resolution of that dispute. We have extensive litigation experience with complex commercial and tort matters. Our litigation experience and mediation training makes us uniquely qualified to render mediation services for those with outstanding disputes. We do not render legal services in our mediation practice. The participants must rely on their attorney for legal advice.

A successful mediation allows the parties to resolve all issues and eliminate further litigation risks and expenses. One need not worry about the "unjust result" that may arise in litigated matters. Results dictated by the parties are by definition "just".
